Contextual Advertising gone awry

I remember the first time I encountered contextual advertising, I was a bit ticked off that I was being pitched based on what I was surfing. Over the years 99.999% of Googles contextual ads have become background white noise, I essentially ignore them.

Daily SEO Tip - To WWW or not to WWW

That is the canonicalization question! When you talk about your site being listed with and without the www prefix, that’s called the canonicalization of your domain. Basically, it just refers to your preferred URL for a site, whether that’s with the www prefix or without.
