Dog Training
I think my dogs have me trained to give them treats.
This morning when I went to pour my cereal they both appeared and looked up at me with “those” eyes. So I gave them each a Mini Wheat as I have every morning for some time now.
But this morning it struck me … hang on; I’m giving you guys a treat for what? Showing up? You hear the rustle of the bag so you come running and as soon as I see you I give you what you want. Is that how this works? It would appear you have me trained to give you a treat just for showing up. Sheesh, great job of training me guys.
Who said you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.
