Still kicking

If you are a parent then you can probably relate to the frenetic month known as June. The last few weeks if June are always a busy time with concerts, recitals and other end of school/activity events. This month alone I attended the Blond Child’s dance recital, spring concert and Grade 6 graduation. Toss in the Brunette’s Pathfinder graduation and our street’s annual Street Sale and Party (of which I’m on the planning committee) and it makes for a busy month on the home front.

The “day job” hasn’t helped with back to back major projects all coming together within days of each other, not to mention a sudden surge in VHS to DVD transfers coming in from Videozine, oh and I’ve also landed a couple of SEO gigs too.

All in all it makes newmediaMike a very busy guy. Which is my round about verbose way of trying to explain why I haven’t blogged in a long time and why this blog is dated for 8 am on a Sunday morning!

I”ve still got lots to say as newmediaMike, so I’ll be back when I can.
