Microsoft to buy Yahoo! ???

I heard it this morning on CP24 and I did a quick Google search – most of the 275,000 documents referred to the PREVIOUS attempts by Microsoft to woo Yahoo!
So I went to the source, and there under a headline about a California college banning a blood drive due to discrimination was the headline – Microsoft Offers $44.6B for Yahoo.
(The story broke on AP at 7:14 and I’m getting it here at 7:18! )
Microsoft wants to team up with Yahoo! to ward off Google. But we have been hearing this for a while now. Read the story here.
