I’m back
I have been off and online for the past couple of weeks due to a family emergency. My youngest daughter Megan, aka “The Blonde Child” was diagnosed with a perforated appendix and was admitted to Sick Kids Hospital here in Toronto. Now as far as I knew this was fairly routine, you get appendicitis and they take it out.
But I was wrong. Now it seems if it is badly infected, as it is in my daughter’s case, they wait for the infection to be taken care of THEN they remove the appendix. However we only found this out after she had been discharged once and we took her back with severe stomach pains.
So rather than hang out in the basement all night and blog, I’ve been spending time with her. She actually assisted me on the weekend with the video I made. She did the “set decoration”.
But she said I can go back to doing what I like to do – probably because she’s also allowed back on the computer! LOL
So now that I’m back – what did I miss?
